A little something from me

Thank you for spending some time with me on one of my ‘sessions’.

What you’ll find on this page are links to resources for you to explore.
I’ve included a digital copy of my Resilience Workbook for you to access and download if you’d like. There’s no programme to complete and no deadline! Dip into it when something feels useful, print pages, ignore bits, come back to it later.

I’ve included links to more self care content. I hope there’s something in there that helps.

Stephen

BOOKS — Have a look at Stephen’s range of books here or to buy them go to Amazon
Some of the books are aimed at Social Workers but might also appeal to a general audience
How to Thrive in Professional Practice is aimed at Social Workers, while How to Thrive at Work is essentially the same book for a broader audience.
Pillars of Success for Social Workers is aimed at Social Workers but the opening chapters and the tips are mostly generic so there’s enough in there for everyone.
Specifically for Social Workers From the Edges of Practice: Proposing Slow Work is Stephen’s manifesto for slowing practice down.

TalkShift: An hour to talk about something you’d like to change or work on – or maybe even just to have a listening ear. Book more only if you think it would help.

It’s mentoring, and it isn’t.
It’s life coaching, and it isn’t.
It draws on counselling, but it isn’t therapy.
TalkShift is something simpler: a conversation.
